i went for a climb at bukit tabur last weekend. .it was a blast to be on top of all the peak of this bukit tabur. .
dengan keadaan da lama tak exercise kau bayangkan la aku nak memanjat bukit ni..mencabar ok!! it took me 2hours nak sampai last peak..another an hour turun..total 3hours la wei..part climbing aku mmg jaguh la nama pun budak kampung tapi park tracking up to da hill perghhh mau memanah jantung aku semput..but im glad i made it to da top dgn spirit n sokongan dr kwan2..
i was there with my colleague n his friends. .only me n his gf ja girls in da group. .all of us make a group of 7peoples. .
group picture malas plak nak letak hahaha..apapun korang yg suka outdoor or rasa nak have some quality weekend u should try bukit tabur. .make sure pergi in a group la out of 5 i think better blah gilir 2 bawa beg..blh pakat2 bagi semangat bila dah semput. .hehehe..
tips to share..
1.wear proper shoes yg sesuai utk tracking n climbing
2.part yang rocky tu i suggested u guys wear hand glove mana taw tangan korang jenis tangan tak penah buat kerja keras asyik pegang hp n keyboard ja kan..kompem cpt luka kena batu2..
3.bring mineral water secukupnya sebab berpeluh kompem nak kena isi air dlm badan semula..
4.korang boleh bawa bekal makanan nasi lemak kalau korang jenis mampu makan walaupun dalam kepenatan..aku n group bawa ja nasi lemak tapi mmg tak daya nak makan penat sangat..
5.korang should bring energy bar mcm snickers ka cereal bar ka or apa2 yg mudah korang makan sambil bergerak utk bantu korang tambah energy..
6.start da journey early..pagi2 seeloknya pukul730 da start la so that tak da korang terasa panas matahari bila nak tracking down tuh..
so itu ja kot yang dapat aku kongsi utk pengalaman aku ni..view dari top peak all the way tracking mmg cantik..aku ni exhausted mcm nak pengsan mmg tak da nya aku nak amik gambar menikmati alam..hahaha..but seriously it nice ok..
